He excels in removing obstacles and taking decisive action to ensure projects progress smoothly, firmly believing in the importance of inclusive leadership.

Nadeem has tutored and coached Top Talent Senior Management for a 'big four' accountancy firm and presented to Warwick Business School’s MBA candidates on the future of leadership and the importance of being able to lead teams through ambiguity and increasing complexity.
